ominik graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of Business Economics and Management at Masaryk University in Brno.
He leads the firm’s commercial law team as of counsel. In addition to commercial law, he is specialized in insolvency law and restructuring, capital markets, financial law and mergers and acquisitions.
